Refund policy

Technical Forecasts Ltd takes great care to ensure that its forecasts are scientifically valid given the evidence of the historic data available. However, inevitably there may be a small number which pass through TFL’s stringent quality assurance procedures. In these cases, a refund may be justified, for purchasers of single or ‘3 for 2’ forecasts only.

If you have serious, justified concerns about the quality of your forecast, eg if the forecast has become provably unstable during the first three years, then a refund will be issued. TFL will be sole arbiters of quality issues, but refunds will not be withheld unreasonably.

A note on subscription fees

Refunds for unused periods of subscription or for individual purchases made through an expired or otherwise pending subscription account will be made at the discretion of the management.
